it still feels like 90 in baltimore. you see the very muggy humid conditions holding tough, and that's going to be the case until at least thursday. more rain before we get there. a better chance of showers tomorrow. you see the line to the west likely to drift a bit east tomorrow. and then in the heating of the day, a round of showers and storms into the afternoon and evening. as we go into thursday most changes of showers will be to the south. its all about the moisture from isaac. and actually the center of circulation from isaac continues to redevelop slightly and drift south toward the florida panhandle. in a sense its good it will drive awaisome of the showers -- away some of the showers action away -- shower action from us. we know this is going to continue to develop. this is leslie out here in the southern atlantic ocean. she is showing a little better intensity, a little more tightly wrapped in the last two to four hours. we think the projection will bring this to a hurricane in bermuda, but the storm itself in
